BUDDHIST MEDITATION is a direct method of working on & transforming the mind. Specifically, it is a training in awareness and positive emotion, whose fruits we can apply immediately to our lives.
BUDDHISM is a path leading us to freedom from the poisons of greed, hatred and ignorance, hence to the true practice of compassion. It is open to all and requires only a faith in your potential to change - if the necessary effort is made!
OUR CLASSES have been running at Bodh Gaya since 1995 and are now spreading to other places in India.
