Yoga and Meditation...

"The human body,
At peace with itself,
Is more precious than the rarest gem.Cherish your body,
It is yours this one time only.

This human form is won with difficulty: it is easy to lose. All worldly things are brief, Like lightning in the sky.

This life you must know
As the tiny splash of a raindrop,
A thing of beauty that disappears
Even as it comes into being.."
-Je Tsong-kha-pa

Yoga is a simple and profound practice uniting body and mind which has been practised for thousands of years. Yoga promotes a fit, strong, healthy body as well as a clear and focused mind. There are many different styles and it is recommended that the student tries a number of styles and teachers until they find an approach that is suitable for them.

Dharmachari Sadhita's approach to teaching Yoga combines simplicity and depth, through the use of awarness. He encourages students to find their own way in their practice, helping them to navigate a path to a deeper understanding of Yoga. He combines dynamic asana sequences and also 'just stopping' and listening within certain postures. The breath is an essential tool, to focus the mind and bring harmony to the body.

Sadita has studied Yoga for 9 years. He has trained with a broad spectrum of teachers. Sadhita's interest, is to help students find ' their' practice of yoga, and a deepening connection with it.
